Restructuring & Insolvency
Companies can face a crisis for various reasons. We support quickly, interdisciplinary and with our experience, e.g. to take restructuring measures, to avert insolvency or to avoid personal liability. We also support insolvency administrators and creditors or other stakeholders in securing or enforcing claims, e.g. when the insolvency estate needs to enforce its claims across the broder.
A crisis in the legal sense does not always appear to be critical from the management's point of view. An initial crisis consultation offers the opportunity to gain a specific overview of options for action. If an insolvency application has to be filed, we advice quickly and with top priority.
We also advise in distressed M&A transactions. In this case, different rules apply than in M&A transactions outside of insolvency. This offers many advantages for prospective acquirers, but we also know the pitfalls in such projects.
