Dr. York Zieren advises national and international companies, shareholders and investors on the structuring and acquisition of companies as well as in various crisis situations.
A significant part of his practice also consists of advising entrepreneurs and companies in crisis and insolvency. This includes, for example, advising in the forefront of an insolvency to protect the acting persons, planning insolvency and restructuring proceedings, negotiating with all stakeholders (e.g. banks, suppliers or works councils) as well as representing insolvency administrators in national and international disputes and transactions.
