Labor law is an elementary component of business law and regularly plays a role in advising on business law issues, e.g. in the context of national or international corporate transactions.

For this reason, we offer our clients comprehensive and well-founded support in all areas of individual as well as collective labour law in addition to the ongoing support of companies in their day-to-day employment issues. This also includes the specific advice of managers or director and senior executives on the beginning or termination of their employment. We also conduct negotiations for or together with our clients with representatives of the employee side when structural changes in the company are involved. This includes, for example, the negotiation of reconciliations of interests and social plans as well as the establishment of transfer companies for a socially acceptable reduction of jobs.

It goes without saying that we always keep an eye on the changing legal situation and the latest developments in the case law of the Federal Labor Court. Only by this can we meet our high standards of providing to our clients comprehensive and targeted guidance in solving complex issues.
