International Business Law

International business law is at the heart of Brödermann Jahn's daily work. We consider corporate and commercial law as a bridge that joins the specific requirements which our clients face in their industries with the interests of the shareholders and with the right management decisions. Brödermann Jahn has been successfully advising clients in a broad field of corporate and commercial law for over 20 years. What characterizes us in particular is our international focus. The vast majority of our mandates have a cross-border element.

We advise, inter alia, on international commercial law, in particular on cross-border supply relationships, cross-border license agreements, cross-border project business, foreign trade law, in particular the increasingly important export control and sanctions law, competition and antitrust law, international civil procedure and arbitration law as well as European private law. In addition, we advise on cross-border corporate and transactional matters as well as insolvency law. In short, we build bridges across borders in all areas of commercial and business law.

Our expertise in dealing with legal risks arising from cross-border issues and transactions enables us to address and minimize them as far as possible, so that our clients can concentrate on the opportunities of cross-border business.

As a tool, we use bridge-building law that also takes into account legal cultural differences between the parties involved.
