In the course of the financial crisis, he represented clients who were confronted with insolvency related issues on both the creditor and debtor side. This included, for example, negotiating complex agreements in the context of preliminary insolvency proceedings or representing clients in court in the enforcement of collateral rights. In addition to his intensive involvement with all facets of Banking and Capital Market Law, Sebastian Kühn has also been active in Labour Law for many years, both in an advisory capacity and in the context of nationwide litigation.
Complementing his work as a lawyer, Sebastian Kühn has been a freelance lecturer at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management since 2018, regularly holding lectures and in-house training courses on various topics of Banking and Capital Market Law.
