Leonie Wittenstein focuses on protecting her clients’ interests in inheritance matters and disputes. She advises on all aspects of German inheritance law – from succession planning and drafting wills to administering estates after a death. In addition, she advises and represents clients in disputes, particularly concerning inheritance and compulsory portion claims, both out of court and in court. She practices in German inheritance law as well as private international law, handling cases based in Germany as well as complex cross-border estates involving multiple legal systems. Her work also encompasses matters at the intersection of inheritance, corporate, and foundation law, as well as advising on prenuptial agreements, including those with an international dimension.
