Johannes Struck is an expert in IT and data protection law, advising national and international technology companies as well as their clients, including authorities and public sector companies, for many years. He was Vice President of the Intellectual Property, Technology, Media, and Telecommunications Commission of the international law network aija and regularly gives presentations on IT and data protection issues both domestically and internationally. He is a sought-after panel participant.

Consulting Focus

Johannes Struck advises on national and international contracts in the context of IT projects, particularly IT outsourcing, cloud services, software rollouts, and e-commerce platforms, among others. In addition, he assists clients with cross-border data transfers, conducting data protection audits, and in relation to digital marketing and data concepts. Another focus of his advisory services is corporate law and legal support for start-up projects
