Consulting Focus

Christine Dempe is an expert in national and international business law.

She has many years of experience in the field of European and international business law and advises national and international companies on various issues of commercial and corporate law as well as on the sale of companies.

A particular focus is advising companies on cross-border issues. Among other things, Christine Dempe advises clients on cross-border cooperations and projects in the fields of research & development as well as on purchase and distribution agreements. Thanks to her many years of experience in international business law, she is aware of the particular risks involved in cross-border matters and knows how to mitigate them.

In addition, Christine Dempe advises companies in the area of compliance, in particular on issues of foreign trade and antitrust law. She assists companies with due diligence issues along the supply chain and with the design of customized compliance systems.

In the area of corporate transactions, Christine Dempe advises, among others, shareholders of small and medium-sized companies and knows how to present even complex legal issues in an understandable way.

Christine Dempe regularly lectures on various corporate and compliance law topics.

Christine Dempe has been a member of AIJA's Executive Committee since 2021.
