The negotiation of international contracts is complex. Based on many years of comparative law experience we help simplify international contract drafting and reduce risks in the process. The general principles and rules compiled and developed by the International Institute for the Unification of Private Law between 1970 and 2016 are among the modern tools of risk management.

Worldwide, we are involved in a project - Simplified Global Contracting - to simplify international contracting in order to pool knowledge and make it available to our clients. We ourselves have been using the Unidroit Principles for over 20 years for our clients from all over the world (and for ourselves) as a sustainable neutral basis for fair contract drafting.
