EU Privacy Representative

Companies that do not have an establishment in the EU/EEA but process personal data of individuals in the EU must appoint a so-called representative in the EU (Art. 27 GDPR). He or she serves as a contact point for supervisory authorities and provides individuals with information on the processing of their personal data.

Brödermann Jahn will check for you whether your company is obliged to appoint a representative in the EU and, if necessary, will also assume this function for your company.
