Litigation
We represent clients before German state courts. We are authorized to plea in courts nationwide (with the exception of the federal courts).
Due to our many years of practice, we have broad expertise on disputed matters in many areas of business law, not only in traditional civil law, but also, for example, in the areas of corporate law, especially in shareholder disputes, and commercial law, in post-M&A disputes, regarding disputes in plant construction and infrastructure projects, as well as IT licensing law.
In the run-up to a legal dispute we regularly clarify with the client the possible effects of the potential legal dispute on other business areas and contractual relationships. Particularly in the case of ongoing business relationships and in existing shareholder circles, we devote special attention to this issue in order to be able to fully weigh up the risks and consequences with our clients.
We advise companies on the enforcement of successfully obtained judgments and on asset protection issues.
Furthermore, we advise companies in teh context of investigation proceedings before official authorities. If necessary, we involve external lawyers specialised in criminal law.
