EU law is an integral part of our advice in international business law and has a manifold impact on the advice we provide to our clients in their day-to-day business. Most German laws are based on European directives. Thus, we always "think" EU law anyway.

When applying European law, the objectives of the European internal market must be taken into account, as well as the case law of the European Court of Justice. The wording of legal texts has to be interpreted in consideration of all European languages. The diverse background or international training of our lawyers enables us to deal with EU law issues in a cost-effective and pragmatic manner.
